The Ice Sack is designed to be felt, not just used.

If it doesn’t deliver the experience you expect, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returned units are not resold.
When eligible, returned units are donated to first responders.

A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns.
This covers handling, inspection, and redistribution.

Eligibility

• Product must be in good condition
• No excessive wear or damage
• All components included
• Requested within 30 days of delivery

Refunds & Processing

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Approved returns are inspected before refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee and shipping costs.
