4. SHIPPING, RETURNS & WARRANTY
Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Returns & Reconditioning
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Return must be requested within 30 days
- Product must be in good, functional condition
- No major damage, misuse, or missing components
Reconditioning Fee
All approved returns are subject to a mandatory 15% reconditioning fee.
This fee is:
- non-negotiable
- deducted from your refund
- a condition of sale
No Resale & Donation Policy
Because The Ice Sack is a full-body, skin-contact product, returned units are never resold under any circumstance.
Eligible returned units are reconditioned and donated to first responders, including fire departments, EMS personnel, and emergency response teams.
Agreement to Policy
By purchasing The Ice Sack, you acknowledge and agree to:
- the 30-day return window
- the 15% reconditioning fee
- the no-resale policy
- the donation of returned units after processing
These terms are a condition of sale.
Return Denial
Returns may be denied if:
- product is damaged
- evidence of misuse exists
- product is incomplete
- request is outside the return window
Refunds
Refund amount = purchase price minus:
- 15% reconditioning fee
- original shipping costs
Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.
Warranty
Limited warranty applies to manufacturing defects under normal use only.
Does not cover:
- misuse
- wear and tear
- improper handling
